Rebounding on a mini-trampoline

I've been doing this for a while. It's a great low-impact exercise. You don't even have to have your feet leave the trampoline to get the positive effects on balance and the body. Just thought I'd share!

I love my rebounder but man it kicks my butt! only up to 5 minutes but SOOOO desperate to get my body back!
