The way I look at is once you have CIDP, you are constantly healing. I've been at it since March 2013. I now walk unassisted, but my feet are still numb. They basically go where my knee's and hip's move them. I do get tired walking long distances, but I do sit down and rest. I have a mobility scooter, but would rather walk for exercise. It takes a long time to heal or maximize the healing process. Exercise followed by rest is not a bad way to go FYI I am 70 years old, good shape until CIDP struck. Golfed 3 times a week with an 18 indes. Can't golf right now because of balance issues, but plan to start playing in the near future. Good luck to you. CIDP sucks!
