Quite by accident I found an exercise that strengthened my lower body. We are remodeling my house and the path to my closet is blocked. I have had to walk on my knees across the bed to the closet. After about a week, I noticed my hips and hamstrings were stronger. I can put pressure on my knees now when I do yoga, and even more amazing, crunches too.
That's squats, not crunches. I have to remember, coffee before posting.
